We’ve known for some time that we were under-serving central Alberta entrepreneurs. When we started a year ago our products and services were targeted mostly at companies in transition – those that were seeing solid results, but needed to reach the next level of their companies performance. We do that well, but as we got more connected with entrepreneurs in our community we knew that our services were out of reach. We were saying that our purpose was to help entrepreneurs realize their dreams, and yet the majority of those we wanted to serve couldn’t afford our services.
In their current form we couldn’t just lower our prices. Instead we needed to rethink our entire business plan to find a way to live out our purpose and help central Alberta entrepreneurs realize their dreams. The end result is what we call Symbra Launch.

What makes Symbra Launch different is that it’s built around community groups, where we’re delivering our business readiness content to entrepreneurs in groups over 12 months. This brings the cost down significantly by delivering content to groups of 8-10, and give you the coaching you need to do the heavy lifting and realize your dreams.
