It’s a movement
Late in September, we sent out invitation to an event, teasing just a little. We reckoned 100 people would come. At 7pm, we opened the doors and were humbled by the response – at least 150 close colleagues, friends and family quickly arrived and completely filled up our new office. The Symbra launch party was on. We felt a mixture of excitement to show the world our new business, and we were also floored that so many came to enjoy the night. Even the 2019 Canada Winter Games Mascot made an appearance – Waskasoo was in the house!
The air was filled with sounds of live jazz from Red Deer College‘s music Department and fantastic food was catered from Bower Ponds Recreation. And… we unveiled the new logo, and our “Why” video (which got 1,000 views on Facebook in the first week alone!).
The new movement seems to have been a hit! We created Symbra to help businesses find their “WHY” – to discover their foundational values – and to integrate those values on all levels, from creative to factory floor.
Oh, and the cheesecake was fantastic. Again, thanks to the serving staff for getting provisions to the crowd even though the office was packed tight with partygoers.
If you made it out, we are so thankful to all our friends, colleagues and family that made the launch a success. If you didn’t get to attend, we’d like to have a deeper conversation about what Symbra can do for you..
@symbraco congrats!! I super creeped your website and video 😉👍
Looking forward to following your story and movement

Standing in the dark office once the dust settled was humbling, so many early members of #symbraNation!
